Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our products contain mystery items, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, duplicate items, unwanted items, or dissatisfaction with the mystery selection received.

We take great pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped to ensure that our guests receive products that meet our quality standards.

If you happen to see a packing or order-preparation video of your purchase and notice that an item was changed, it is most likely because our team inspected the product and determined that it did not meet our quality expectations. In these situations, we replace the item with another comparable item to ensure you receive the best possible experience and product quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
